Our 3 person fitness worms have been competition tested at The Iron Games in Cedar City, UT. At 2.2 meters/86.6″ in length, these match the most common dimensions used in 3 person fitness competitions utilizing worms.

These feature a tough canvas exterior, zipper and velcro enclosure, and velcroed flaps over the strap buckles for added comfort while using. Each worm includes 3 inner fill bags that are NOT pre-filled. We recommend using a combination of sand and rubber mulch to fill each bag until the appropriate weight is reached.
